SNO-WAY
Thankfully, there was no snow on the ground in Louisville at this year's GIE+EXPO but it was still the perfect setting for Mike Stevens, Vice President - Sales Marketing of Sno-Way International to introduce the company's all-new MegaBlade™ systems. All three MegaBlade™ snow plows use Sno-Way's radical new ProControl™ Operating System. A first of its kind, the hand-held ProControl™ has an LCD digital display that provides learning cues and indicates activity to the operator. The ProControl™ includes a MACRO function for presetting three unique plow functions. Other features include an "instant-on" Down Pressure™ hydraulics button, auxiliary power jack for fast charging, and job time tracking button.

The MegaBlade™ Revolution™ plow is the only hydraulically operated wing plow that can pivot each wing independently from zero to 150 degrees. The Sno-Way MegaBlade™ Revolution™ snow plow is specifically designed for the plowing professional and commercial snow removal applications. The unique wing design allows the moldboard to be configured into an infinite number of plowing positions. Unlike competitive winged products, Sno-Way's Revolution™ plow can be positioned into a straight, scoop, box or compact transport position at the touch of a button and can angle left or right while maintaining any wing position.

Also shown at the Louisville show was the new MegaBlade™ V-Wing™ which uses new innovations in plow design to deliver superior scraping and best-in-class carrying capacity. With nearly 20 new patents pending, the-Wing™ plow is designed to increase durability and plowing efficiency to meet today's contractor needs and is available for 3/4-ton and 1-ton vehicles. It is 29" tall and constructed of 12-gauge steel and features a massive 7-3/8" wide bottom frame rail, heavy-duty mechanical wing stops, three ultra-strong hinge points and tab, slot and lock design.

The new Sno-Way MegaBlade™ Contractor is a completely re-engineered blade from previous Sno-Way straight blade designs. The MegaBlade™ Contractor offers snow removal professionals a rugged straight plow with many industry-first features. Available for 3/4-ton and larger vehicles, the MegaBlade™ Contractor is 8'-6" wide, 29" tall and is constructed of 12-gauge steel. The blade frame is built on a 6-3/8" wide bottom frame rail and uses tab-and-slot assembly for maximum strength.

The moldboard is connected to a heavy-duty swing frame with built-in shock absorbing features and a stout A-frame with a unique 3-hole adjustment for blade leveling. Sno-Way's Contractor plow also features a new high-performance FastForceT hydraulic system. The vertical lift cylinder design increases Down PressureT hydraulic force from 250 pounds to 400 pounds! Both angle cylinders are top mounted on the A-frame for more direct force and better protection. In addition, the pump is mounted high on the light tower for convenient serviceability and provides straight-line plumbing of all hydraulic hoses for unimpeded flow and super-fast blade response.
